30 Day Guarantee

We want you to be genuinely happy with your Stolven. If it is not right for you, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email support@stolven.com with your order number and a short description of the reason for return. We will respond with return instructions within 1 to 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Stolven arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@stolven.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
